This week's release of Naruto's anime series shows Kakashi fighting Pain.

Pain attacks Konoha with Konan and the six faces of pain as an attempt to catch Naruto, the host of the nine tailed fox (kyubi). It can be recalled that the previous chapters shows the Akatsuki, where Pain is the leader, as they do people search—those who carry biju called the jinchuuriki. With the attack, Tsunade gives out order for Naruto to return, however he decision is doubted by the elders. As she tries to persuade them Kakashi and Pain gets into a face off--Kakashi trying to figure out Pain's abilities.

It can be remembered in previous chapters that Pain killed Jaraiya who had already sent out a secret code for them to determine who Pain really was. This episode shows Kakashi trying to figure out Pain's true powers and who he really was. He had been warned by one of the elder toad, Fukasaku, who even recognized Pain's powers as something unbeatable if not understood.

Pain was once part of the Amegakure who became people finder in search in want of peace. During the time he searched for the tailed monster he was already one of the Akatsuki who takes on the bodies of all whom Jaraiya had once fought against. The said hosts represent the "six Paths to Pain", one of which is Yahiko, the former leader of the Amegakure. Jaraiya was Pain's mentor.

"Dashing through the Eras crossing over space, GOOD, EVIL, YOUNG, OLD. The young girl from the Land of the Dead will appear."


After enjoying Hell Girl Ai Enma, I came across another Hell girl whose name is Emma.
The first chapter to Hell Girl Emma presents the evil Onimasa Sama who'll rage war against Mizusawa. They say he's just pure wickedness as he'll kill anyone who comes about his path. No one in the village can understand and feels more pity for his wife--the princess Amacha-sama who’s from the Mizusawa clan.

Emma happens to have just come in their place. During those times rumors have already spread that a monster is ripping off bones from bodies in the battle field. Emma, who heard this admitted she was the one, however Onimasa thought she was lying and find her amusing.

Onimasa brought Emma to his quarters thinking he could do a background check on the girl and see whether she just lost her mind or has an idea regarding the said rumor. He then laughed at her story of being the person responsible for ripping the bones off people's bodies. Furthermore she even claimed to have been sent by Lord Enma to search for people who have sinned greatly that cause much death including a war. Laughing over the story Onimasa then turned to his little wife, whom he kept in a little cell.

Apache, whom Onimasa Sama called his little wife, is a princess from the Mizusawa clan. It is also the clan which Onimasa wages war in. At this part Emma found out that Amacha cared for Onimasa, remembering all those times when she seemed to be protected and cared for by Onimasa. Even if Onimasa broke her cell on purpose she still won't leave him.

Before Onimasa left his wife with Emma, one of his men confirmed about the monster that is ripping the bones in the battle field—he was frightened as he saw Emma. It was however when Onimasa had a talk with Emma after he went to his men that was warned that his bones will be ripped off him once he continued on with the war. He then agreed and challenged her to do so anytime she wants. As the war came, Emma then appeared on the battlefield and started to fight him to collect his bones. Amacha then came in a horse and tried to stop her.

It seems that no matter how Amacha protected Onimasa, Emma told her it was her destiny to see her husband's death. His bones ware then immediately pulled out his bones.

Indeed Onimasa sama died in front of his men and his wife. It wasn’t surprising to find people both soldiers of Onimasa and of Mizusawa who rejoiced when the evil lord died. Immediately they all retreated and rejoiced since no one died (except for the evil lord). However the princess Apache was saddened and asked why Emma still continued with her kill. Emma did explain her part and went home to her master. when she came back to Enma however she was still bothered in confusion about how humans loved and was willing to die for the person's they love.

It is still the first chapter and I must admit this is an interesting story to look forward to. After Hell girl Ai Enma this is definitely something new and more of an action part rather than a story per story drama. Take the part where there are certain background check stories on the so called evil doers—surprising to find even a softer humane part of them hidden. It's definitely one for the look-out.

"Greetings" have been released! Naruto Shippuden's chapter 492 is out and about at manga networks.

The follow-up to 491 which shows Naruto's curiosity as to the "octopus" he'll meet in the prophecy. Things will finally be clear to Naruto as to why he was seen with such.

After thinking that the Octopus, whom he sees as Killer Bee, is going to lead him, he realizes that there is a more special purpose as to why he met him.

Background check in the previous chapters already introduces Killer Bee as a Hachibi. Being good at controlling it Naruto then had this assumption that he is in fact there to be taught on how to control the Kyubi.

He then approaches Killer Bee and asked him to teach how to control a Biju. However he was denied. Naruto then thought of giving out a cool rap (as Naruto learns his Enka Rap style) which the Hachibi liked very much. In return the Hachibi taught him to start a greeting with a bump fists then asked to give him a beat. Naruto did as he was told but saw the confusion of Killer Bee after he gave out his "beat". to get his approval he did his Harem No Jutsu--which gave no effect.

Naruto was denied again on being taught on how to control the Kyubi. He then went to a person who has given the information about Killer Bee. The last portion of the chapter shows Naruto being led to the Water Fall of Truth. It was here that he faced his darker side.

This chapter is what usually find people hooked up on Naruto. Other than the action, it's his comical antic and his strong determination that made his character one of a kind--a person who still smiles despite the difficulty.

I must say that this chapter actually is a lot better than the previous with the conversations and the lighter mood it presents.

Sasuke is now part of the Akatsuki and as a member he is tasked to collect the tailed monsters which background check of characterizes it as the highest form presently sealed within Naruto's body. After Tsunade woke up and after the Kages agreed, The Kyubi (Naruto) and the Hachibi (the one sealed in Bee- eight tails) are agreed to be confined in an island as means of protecting them.

Chapter 491 of Naruto Shippuden talks about the confinement of Naruto and Bee in an island. In a background check of previous chapters, Naruto was given a prophecy and the seal to the kyubi. In the prophecy he was told that he'll be fighting with a boy with power in his eyes meaning Uchiha Sasuke which he already challenged the last time they saw each other. Furthermore into the prophecy he was told that he'll meet an octopus in an island.

Naruto and Bee, with the Akatsuki after them, was agreed to be confined in an island. In the meeting of the kages, Bee's brother recommended the said place where he and his brother (bee) once trained. Although Tsunade refused to take the two to confinement, she later on agreed after hearing Gaara's words that Naruto will do everything to protect his friends.

Naruto and a team immediately traveled to the said island. In the trip Naruto is excited expecting to meet the said octopus as he was told he'll meet. However his comrades think otherwise knowing what really the intention of their journey was. Upon reaching Naruto was disappointed seeing a sort of Death Valley for an island rather than what he was thinking of—a paradise. Before the captain could give out a certain warning a squid attacked them which Naruto had first thought of as an Octopus. This is definitely a moment to laugh at for Naruto's comic innocence thinking that it was an octopus. In the end Naruto did meet the octopus when it fought the squid off the ship.

Public records on Naruto’s Chapter 491 shows it as indeed one of the lightening parts of the manga after the fights and the sad portions of friends departing and families reuniting (and eventually going apart). However it lacked neither the color nor the enthusiasm as the others contain yet it was indeed comical.

Here’s a hope that the next one is sure to be more exciting than the first.

Coming of age has been one of the greatest facets that every man is interested in. firstly each person has a unique background: not all the well off can be considered content in life and not all impoverish can be said as indeed "poor"; and secondly because of the fact that we love to compare, ask advices and so on and so forth that makes us talk about ourselves and if not of others. Coming of age is said to a person's transition from childhood to adulthood where the age when this takes place varies in the society.

For a must-seen coming-of-age flick, the 4-panel manga Onobori Monogatari will be going to the big screens in a live-action film starring Yosio Inoue. The film will premiere in Japan this coming July 17, 2010.

Directed by Yasuka Mori, the autobiographical manga follows the life of a budding manga creator after he moves to Tokyo from the countryside. Creator of the said manga, Satoshi Karasuya, based the story on his own experiences.
Onobori Monogatari is seen in Takeshobo's Manga Club magazine from year 2006 to 2008. The complete series was compiled into one volume in 2008.

The 30-year old actor, Inoue, to play the lead is best known in Japan for starring in musicals such as Mozart!, Marie Antoinette, and Miss Saigon. The said 4 panel mange will be his third film role but his first to lead in.

This is perhaps one of the best animes to hit the 90's. It was one of those moments that when people look for drama, adventure and that alternate universe where there are choices to be made, courage to conjure and wisdom to guide--it was the perfect anime indeed.

Vision of Escaflowne was a 26 Japanese anime television episode series that was produced by sunrise Studio and directed by Kazuki Akane. It started airing April 2, 1996 on TV Tokyo and lasted till September 24, 1996.

It presented the story of a girl named Hitomi Kanzaki who was transported to a world named Gaea where she sees Earth as its moon known as a mystic moon. Hitomi has latent psychic powers which were enhanced in this world. she gets involved in the conflicts of Zaiback and several peaceful countries that surrounds it. It was the Zaiback empire who brought about the conflicts and as they try to retrieve legendary power from Atlantis. It was in these adventures that the true nature of Atlantis ad of Gaea is revealed.

It contains one of the most memorable characters. There's Allen Schezar and of course everybody's favorite guy for Hitomi Prince Van Fanel who happen to have and Atlantean mother.

The twist, the mystery the excitement of romance and adventure and the search for the unknown is what makes this one of the best animes ever to hit the screens. After this epic adventure it seems that the rest needs to get into the touch of alternate universes and action that is tangible yet is every inch magic.

Funimation has provided ANN with a list of more free episodes posted on its website, You Tube, and Hulu this past week.

Among the anime whose episodes were posted are Initial D: Fourth Stage and the first two dubbed episodes of Nerima Daikon Brothers.

Furthermore Funimation also announced the English voice cast of Initial D: Fourth Stage where Joel McDonald will be the ADR Director for its series.

Initial D: Fourth Stage tells Takumi Fujiwara and brothers Keisuke and Ryousuke Takahashi as they formed Project D, a car racing team that aims to bring their driving skills to their fullest potential.
